Your journey begins as soon as you arrive in our yard, often greeted by the rich, sweet scent of beech wood smoke. With over 40 years of operation, our smokehouse continues to thrive, serving markets in Cork and supplying restaurants across Europe, as well as corporate and private customers globally.

Throughout the tours, you’ll discover the classic methods behind our authentic, handcrafted smoked fish, gaining a deeper appreciation for what sets our products apart from any other smoked seafood you’ve encountered. You’ll have the chance to taste samples along the way, and once the tour concludes, feel free to relax in our Tasting Room and courtyard to enjoy our smoked delicacies. Alternatively, we can prepare a picnic for you to savor in a picturesque location, such as the nearby arboretum at Fota.
